Responsibilities: –
• You will be working as talent sourcer, responsible to manage the first stage of recruitment process for external hiring’s i.e. our clients.
• Understand the client’s requirements and analyse the requisition details shared.
• May also create JDs for clients with the help of your reporting supervisor
• Source potential candidates through different sourcing techniques like job boards (e.g. Keyword search, Boolean Search), social media and professional networks like LinkedIn etc.
• Screen the resumes to ascertain the competence and fitment of candidates against a technical job description
• Craft and send bulk emails to attract and build pipeline of potential candidates to meet current and future hiring needs.
• Coordinate during client walk-ins/scheduled drives

• Maintain candidate’s database including referrals.
Requirements:-
• Familiarity with the entire recruitment life cycle and different sourcing techniques.
• Must have good written and verbal communication skills

• To manage end to end recruitment life cycle from sourcing till validation i.e. job portals; social networking sites; headhunting & mapping of target companies to understand the available talent pool, referencing, joining of candidates etc.
• Solely responsible for complete account management.

• Rapport building with the clients and candidates
• Motivating and engaging the team to achieve goals

• Manage a portfolio of clients and maintain good relationships with them.
Requirements:
• Proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter or similar role
• Hands on experience on first hiring stages (job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing)
• Experience evaluating candidates on various roles and seniority levels with various interview formats, including phone screening calls, in-person interviews and group interviews
• Knowledge of resume databases
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Solid organizational and time-management abilities
• Self-motivated and work independently without supervision
• Aggressive with strong desire to succeed, goal oriented.
• Education – An Engineering degree will be ideal
