- INTRODUCTION
At Success Pact Consulting Pvt. Ltd. (“the Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”), we are committed to safeguarding the privacy of every individual (“User”) who provides personal information through our Lead Generation Forms. This Privacy Policy explains how the Company collects, uses, and safeguards personal information in accordance with applicable Indian data protection laws, including the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023
2. INFORMATION COLLECTED
When a User submits a Lead Generation Form, the Company collects the following personal information, if provided by the User:
- First name and last name
- Company email address
- Job title
- Company name
The personal information listed above is processed strictly for the purposes set out in Clause 3 and is safeguarded as described in Clause 6.
3. USE OF INFORMATION
The personal information collected from a User under Clause 2 is used strictly for the following business purposes:
- Contacting the User regarding the Company’s recruitment consultancy and related services
- Responding to inquiries or requests submitted by the User
- Sharing updates, resources, or insights relevant to the User’s professional interests
- Complying with contractual, legal, and regulatory requirements
These purposes are collectively referred to as the “Stated Purposes” in this Policy. The retention of information for these purposes is addressed in Clause 5. The Company shall not sell, rent, transfer, or otherwise commercially exploit the User’s personal information, except as permitted under this Policy or required by law.
4. CONSENT
By submitting details through the Lead Generation Form, the User provides consent for the collection and use of personal information for the Stated Purposes described in Clause 3. A User retains the right to withdraw consent at any time by contacting the Company at legal@successpact.com. Any such withdrawal will be processed in line with the User’s rights described in Clause 7, subject to retention obligations under Clause 5.
5. DATA RETENTION
Personal information collected under Clause 2 and used for the Stated Purposes in Clause 3 is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfil those purposes or as required under applicable law. Where a User withdraws consent under Clause 4, retention may still occur to the extent required by contractual or legal obligations. Upon expiry of the retention period, the information is securely deleted or anonymized in accordance with the safeguards outlined in Clause 6.
6. DATA SECURITY
The Company implements appropriate technical and organizational safeguards to protect all personal information collected under Clause 2 against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or misuse.
The safeguards described herein apply throughout the entire lifecycle of personal data, including its collection under Clause 2, use in accordance with Clause 3, retention as specified in Clause 5, and in connection with the exercise of User rights under Clause 7. Access to such information is restricted exclusively to authorized personnel who are subject to strict confidentiality obligations.
7. RIGHTS OF USERS
A User whose personal information has been collected under Clause 2 and processed for the Stated Purposes described in Clause 3 has the right to:
- Access their personal information.
- Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Request deletion of personal data, subject to obligations under Clause 5.
- Withdraw consent for processing, in accordance with Clause 4.
- All such requests are actioned while ensuring that the security measures described in Clause 6 remain applicable. Requests may be submitted to legal@successpact.com
8. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
This Privacy Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts situated at New Delhi, India.
9. GRIEVANCE REDRESSAL
The Company has designated its Legal Executive to act as the point of contact for any grievances, complaints, or concerns relating to the processing of personal information under this Policy.
