8th Foundation Day Celebration @Success Pact

Success Pact has reached another milestone, completing 8 years in IT recruitment consulting industry. The 8th foundation day of the company was celebrated on 01 August 2019 with great fun, frolic, and festivity. Since 2011, Success Pact has evolved from a small one size room to now big size office in Noida.

Every year, the company hosts a spectacular corporate event to mark its day of inception. This year, the annual event was hosted in a 4-start hotel – Park Ascent located in nearby office to ensure safety and convenience of our attendees who were mostly locals. The management of the company also booked lavish stay for their outstation employees from Bengaluru in a nearby hotel.

An extensive hall of the hotel was set up for various activities and the day program. The day started with employees flocked around in black suits and black sarees which was the theme for the day. While attendees were preparing themselves for the extravagant day from finding themselves a comfortable seat to enjoying tea/coffee with cookies, we made the stage was perfectly set and lit to host the diverse program. It started with a beautiful solo dance performance on Ganesh Vandana by an employee followed by a company presentation delivered by Ms. Malvika Gautam, the director of talent acquisition team. She outlined the achievements and laid out new business plans as well as a few organizational change. One of the most awaited segment of the day was the awards and announcements. The management announced the winners for various award categories out of which the most enthralling was when announced a luxury gift - Car with a trophy offered for remarkable contribution of employee. It was followed by cake-cutting ceremony where Success Pact team exulted with joy to commemorate this day.

The day turned fun and entertaining post scrumptious and lavish lunch, featured singing, dance performances, lucky draw, corporate play and games. The formal program was followed by fun-filled DJ party where everyone enjoyed the cheerful music and danced to its music. The day ended with self – evident photo sessions and giveaways distribution to employees with a thankful note. The Success Pact family returned their homes with incredibly beautiful memories and a rejuvenated mind.
